ALTAR SERVERS:
Any student from Year 4 and above who would like to be an altar server please contact

BAPTISM:
Those wishing to have their children baptised are requested to attend a preparation night prior to Baptism on the first Wednesday of every month,
7:30 pm in the Parish Meeting Room.
Please contact the Parish Office during office hours for further information or to advise of your attendance.

CATECHISTS:
Minister in State Primary Schools and teach one religion class per week.
If you would like to assist, please telephone the Parish Office.

CHILDREN’S LITURGY:
Held each Sunday (except School Holidays) during 9.30am Mass in the Parish Hall. Adults assist with this program and return the children to their parents at Mass after the Liturgy of the Word.

CHURCH CLEANING GROUPS
Cleaning the Church is usually done with a few other people on a Monday or Friday once every 5-6 weeks. Help is always needed to replace those who leave a group. Contact the Parish Office.

DIOCESAN INVESTMENT FUND
Individual and family investments provide a Diocesan Control Fund allowing substantial loans to Parishes for buildings such as schools and churches. Deposits are guaranteed by the Trustees of the Diocese.

OFFERTORY PROCESSION
Parishioners are welcome to add their name to the roster for taking up the offertory at the weekend Masses. Contact the Parish Office.

P & F ASSOCIATION
Each Parish School has its own
P & F Association. These are providing an opportunity for parents and friends to participate and assist in the Children’s educational development. Meetings are held monthly. Please contact the schools for details. St Joseph’s – 6562 5501 and St Paul’s – 6562 7200.

Needing prayer for self or a friend or someone in special need? A list is posted to those willing to offer prayer for those listed. Contact the Parish Office.

PLANNED GIVING
A system of weekly financial contributions designed to serve Parish debts and to enable future Parish planning and development. New givers are always welcome. Please contact the Parish Office.

FAMILY GROUPS
Groups of families consisting of couples, grandparents, sole parents, singles, widows, widowers, non-catholic spouses, children, new families; join together regularly, to meet, support, get-to-know and experience living Christian Family Life.

REMEMBRANCE BOOK:
Forms are available in the back of the Church for Parishioners who wish to have deceased relatives and friends recorded in the Remembrance Book. Please return completed forms to the Parish Office.

READERS:
Ministry for proclaiming the Word. Readers are rostered for each weekend, Easter and Christmas Liturgies. Volunteers are always welcome.

SCHOOLS:
Our two Parish Schools are always in need of volunteers for reading, library and canteen.

SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM:
A Parish Program for both parents and children who attend the State School, in preparation for Reconciliation, First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Please contact the Parish Office if you wish for your child to participate.

ST VINCENT DE PAUL:
Is an organisation of Catholic lay people who practice Christianity by helping those in need on a person to person basis. Shop volunteers needed. You may telephone the shop on 6562 2018.

VINCENT COURT AGED HOSTEL:
A facility for the aged. Party nights held regularly. “Entertainers”, helpers and visitors are welcome. Craft days each Wednesday. Contact Vincent Court on 6562 6062.

VISITS – HOME:
To the sick or housebound. Contact the Parish Office for more details.
